Ways you can use geocaching in your classroom

You could use geocaching to teach students about geography. If you are searching the town or woods for a specific point you have to know about the around in order to be successful. Another way is a beefed up scavenger hunt. You could put different clues at each point to solve a bigger problem.

Technology in the classroom is one of the most important parts of today's classrooms. There is so much the world has to offer and most of it is only one click away. Although you should constantly dig deeper into the technology you use in your classroom you need to at least know the basics of your technology.

How much more training would you have to go through?

The training would be intense and more in deep with the technology in this video. I think that it is important to train yourself thoroughly so that you can use the technology to your best ability.  The training would not be that horrible because this is the technology you have to use everyday. This type of world would not be optional.

How could you use iMovie in your classroom?

iMovie could be used it multiple different ways in the classroom. You could use iMovie while you are out on maternity leave so that the students still are taught specific things you want them to learn. You could use iMovie to teach class if you are out sick. Another way is for you to video the students explaining how to do something. Your options are limitless with iMovie but it does take some time to make them.

How could you use the powerpoint game in your classroom?

The PowerPoint game could be used for multiple things. The number one way to use it in my mind is for assessments.  At the beginning of a unit or before a test it would be beneficial to have the class take a quiz about it that is strictly an assessment and not for a grade. This will not only let you know what your class knows but will also allow the students to be honest without the free of failing.

Another way you could use it is by letting the students make quizzes. This allows them to interactive with their classmates and learn while doing it. This could be graded and then the actually quiz would be for fun.
